Midgies, mud, fancy dress and fast racing… Bike it to Ballidu Gravel had it all!

Riders rolled into the Wheatbelt for another unforgettable weekend of gravel adventure, with challenging conditions adding an extra layer of grit to an already tough day on the bike. Despite a short-lived but nasty storm, a few (million) midgies, the racing was fierce, the costumes were colourful, and the smiles were everywhere.

What continues to set Ballidu apart is the incredible community spirit from the folks in the Shire of Wongan-Ballidu, and the Shire’s support for this gravel festival that is now its biggest annual event. The warm country welcome is alive and well.

A huge thank you too to the phenomenal folks at our event partner the Ballidu Progress Group and the 30+ sponsors and partners including Race Sponsor Dunn Aviation, Nutrition Partner Winners Bars who make Boekeman Machinery | Case IH Bike it to Ballidu Gravel happen.

Thanks too to the WA Government for its ongoing support.
