From late June the path along the foreshore in front of the work site at McCallum Park will be closed as part of the Causeway Pedestrian and Cyclist Bridges Project.
Pedestrians and Cyclists will be detoured into a temporary shared path. The detour will be in place from late June 2023 and will remain in place for the duration of the project, until the end of 2024. Please see the map below.
As pedestrians and cyclists will be using the same path, please always proceed with caution and adhere to signage throughout the area.
