Daglish – Stubbs Terrace PSP Resurfacing

WestCycle have been advised by the City of Subiaco that resurfacing works have been planned for the Stubbs Terrace Principal Shared Path (PSP), between Hay Street and Nash Street in Daglish.

The work is currently scheduled to start on Monday 10 June 2024, from 7am to 5pm. It is expected to take eight working days to complete, subject to weather conditions. While the work is in progress, the PSP will remain closed. Cyclists and pedestrians will be redirected. Traffic management measures will be in place during the project, with accredited traffic controllers directing traffic as required.

The resurfacing work planned includes overlaying the existing pavement surface with red coloured asphalt which is aimed to improve the amenity of the shared path and to enhance the riding quality for cyclists and other path users. Upon completion of the works, new pavement line marking will also be provided to clearly delineate the path; further aiding safe usage of the path.

The resurfacing works as planned will be contained within the Stubbs Terrace PSP reserve. However, vehicle movement on Stubbs Terrace will be managed through effective traffic management measures to ensure safe movement of equipment and other road/ PSP users. On-street parking on the eastern side of Stubbs Terrace may be restricted during the project. Despite the above works, access to properties will remain unaffected throughout the project delivery.

If you have any queries regarding this work, please contact Siga Marundrury A/Senior Project Engineer, on 9387 0974 from 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday or via [email protected]
