PATH DETOUR MAP
ABOUT THIS MAP
Principal Shared Path Disruptions Map
This map displays current disruptions to the Principal Shared Path network, using data from the Main Roads Travel Map.
Limitations: The map typically doesn’t include disruptions from projects with minimal Main Roads involvement. For additional disruptions caused by METRONET projects or utility work, check our  Infrastructure Updates page (coverage depends on whether we’ve been notified).
Additional Resources:
- Detour information: Main Roads WA and METRONET
- Temporary traffic management: WestCycle’s Detour Checklist.
Note: Some projects may not appear on this map. We’re working toward more comprehensive coverage and hope the State Government will provide a better mapping solution soon.
PSP DETOUR LEADERBOARD
Riders can give detours a rating from 1-5 in the categories:
- Easy to Follow
- Feels Safe
- Quick & Easy
This table shows aggregate rider ratings of current detours for each category, with an overall weighted rating (Green = Good, Yellow = OK, Red = Needs Work!).
How to rate a detour: Visit the detour map above, click on any project marker, and follow the “RATE THIS DETOUR” link to share your experience. Your feedback helps improve temporary traffic management for all riders.
