West Coast Masters Chidlow Road Race

• Race Entry – Online WCMCC Member – $35 – Late Entry – on-the-day $40.
• Race Entry for Non-Members – Online – $50 – Late Entry – on-the-day $55
• WCMCC Members can claim a free entry for having completed unpaid Volunteer Duties.
• Transponder Hire is $5 – No charge if you have a BYO Mylaps transponder – just needs to be registered with EntryBoss online.
• Members please use your AVCC profile to Enter (Admin may scratch incorrect entries). West Coast Masters no longer provides automatic refunds for incorrect entries scratched by Race Admin. To apply for a refund, please email the Treasurer (treasurer@wcmasterscycling.asn.au) including your bank account details. An administration fee ($5) will be applied to any refund.
• If you are a member of a team, please ensure your name appears on the team list your team manager provides to our Secretary and it matches the details on your profile, and race license. If your name does not match, your team does not get your points.

Please note:

The previous TRIAL RIDER option is no longer available. Please enter using the ‘Non-Member’ option. (or join WCMCC for the $35 entry?) The $50 we charge you to race includes race entry administration and covers you during the race for personal race insurance.
