- Road users, pedestrians and cyclists use Stirling Highway to travel between North Fremantle and Fremantle.

Intermittent lane closures and a reduced speed of 40km/h are required on the following roads:

- Leach Highway and Carrington Street.
- Canning Highway and Carrington Street.
- Stirling Highway and McCabe Street.
- Stirling Highway and High Street.
- Stirling Highway and Marmion Street.
- Stirling Highway and Queen Victoria Street.
- Stirling Street and Ord Street.
- East Street and Marmion Street.
- East Street and High Street.
- Canning Highway and Stirling Highway.
- Carrington Street and Marmion Street.
- Port Beach Road and Tydeman Road.
- Queen Victoria Street and Tydeman Road.

Queen Victoria Street: Tydeman Road to Canning Highway
- One lane open in each direction.
- Speed reduced to 40km/h.
- Intermittent stop / slow traffic management during large deliveries and crane activity.
