South West Mountain Bike Master Plan – will guide future strategic investment in mountain bike recreation, tourism and event development across the South West region of WA.
Pemberton Chamber of Commerce
With mountain bike tourism fast becoming the economic boost for regional economies and a potential saviour for country towns, the Pemberton Chamber of commerce invited WestCycle and WAMBA to speak to their members on the opportunities of mountain bike tourism within the Pemberton region. The main aim was to demonstrate the use of mountain biking as a tool to showcase the region’s unique experiences.
The community’s passion was demonstrated at the recently hosted MTBA National Round on the Australia Day long weekend. From sundowners at the local brewery to dinner promotions across the local restaurants, the community welcomed riders, spectators and families, to come and experience what Pemberton has to offer.
Collie Wagyl Biddi – OPEN

The Trail Head is located at Soldier’s Park on Lefroy Street in Collie and has toilets, water, and parking, as well as a playground, skate park and barbecue facilities, making the trail a great all-around family experience.
