RUTLAND AVE WORKS – Lathlain

Rutland Avenue Works (Lathlain) – April to August 2019

Updated 26 July 2019

Works to install noise barriers along Rutland Avenue, a popular cycle route along the Armadale Train Line, will impact cycling access from April to August 2019.

Traffic management will maintain access during construction, and people are asked to exercise additional caution and comply with directions when travelling through these areas. This may include waiting for site vehicles to exit or enter the worksite and short term diversions.

Works will occur in two parts:

Rutland Avenue south (near Saleham Street) – April to May 2019:

  • Access will be maintained
  • Road users may need to wait for site vehicles entering or exiting under traffic management

Rutland Avenue north (Cookham Road to Howick Street) – May to August 2019:

  • Access will be maintained
  • Road users may need to wait for site vehicles entering or exiting under traffic management
