ROE HWY PSP EXTENSION – High Wycombe

Roe Highway Principal Shared Path Extension – Kalamunda Road to Berkshire Road, High Wycombe

Expected completion early 2021
  • The PSP between Maida Vale and Berkshire Roads partially opened on 8 May 2020.
  • A detour between Sultana Cr and Berkshire Rd is in place to facilitate an upgrade of an existing ~400m section of path to PSP standard. This section is expected to be complete by September 2020.

Project Overview

On 25 March 2019, the State Government announced that an additional 1.8km of Principal Shared Path will be constructed adding to the already committed 1.2km as part of the Roe Highway / Kalamunda Road Interchange Upgrade.

The project will now connect Kalamunda Road to the PSP’s current dead end at Berkshire Road in Forrestfield and will be built on the eastern side of Roe Highway, connecting the communities of Forrestfield, Maida Vale and High Wycombe.
