
With most of WA’s university students attending orientation this week, it’s time to get planning your ride to uni and locating the end of trip facilities and bike parking options. Below is a quick summary of all the major WA universities for you to save money on parking fees and ride your bike to uni this semester.

End of Trip Facility “Cycle Hub”
The Creative Quarter Cycle Hub (Building 217) provides secure bicycle storage for approximately 200 bikes, over 100 lockers and Curtin’s first universal access self-contained shower and change facilities.

Access to a bike pod and/or a locker
To obtain access to a bike pod and/or a locker in a bike pod please contact Security on 9266-4444. There are 6 end-of-trip facilities located on campus. B410, B107, B160, B315, B217, B409. All but B410 have repair stations and bike pumps. The nearest to B410 is outside B408.
Bike lock exchange program
Curtin have a bike lock exchange program. Bring in your old lock and student ID to Security (B115) and receive a free D-Lock.

Bike Part Vending Machines
Curtin has two bike part vending machines. One near B408 and one near B217.
Bike Week event
Always wanted to try an E-bike? As part of Bike Week 2019, Curtin University will be offering multiple styles of e-bikes for staff and students to try out. Date to be advised, keep an eye on the Bike Week calendar for more information https://www.bikeweek.com.au/events/

End of Trip Facility Registration
- Open to UWA staff and students, our end of trip facilities, which incorporate showers, toilets, lockers, benches, change rooms and clothes drying spaces, are available at the Mathematics Building (223) and the Chemistry Lecture Theatres (210). To use these facilities, you need to register by downloading the UWA Security and Parking Bicycle Registration form. Please email the completed form to bikefacility-cm@uwa.edu.au
