We offer a membership category to suit all riders. For peace of mind wherever and whenever you ride, WestCycle membership includes personal and third party liability insurance, and legal advice from partnering lawyer Maurice Blackburn. Also includes discounted WestCycle events entry and access to member benefits portal (coming soon).
Individual – perfect if you are the only person in your household that rides a bike (concession price available).
Family 2 – for a couple or a parent and child, under the one roof.
Family 3+ – for everyone in the family living under one roof. Includes all children (until 21 years or 25 if a full-time student).
Membership starts from as little as $2.60 per week for individuals.
One of the best benefits of being a WestCycle member is that you are covered by our premium rider accident insurance and third party liability cover. This covers you for injury to yourself, injury you cause to someone else, and damage you cause to someone else’s property.
WestCycle’s rider insurance is designed to cover the things most other insurances don’t. This includes:
- Up to $7500 non-Medicare medical expenses
- Loss of income
- Overseas medical expenses (incurred while riding)
- Rehabilitation, counselling and home help expenses
- Damage caused to someone else’s property
- Injury caused to someone else
- Permanent injury and death
