21 December 2019 to 20 April 2020
- The PSP from Kentucky Ct to Farrington Rd is was reopened on 20 April 2020. Some finishing works are required.
- Over the next 2 weeks the PSP access point north of Berrigan Drive will remain closed (the southern access point is open)
- A detour around Cockburn Central from Armadale Rd to Kentucky Ct will remain as part of the Armadale Rd to North Lake Road Bridge project
As part of this project, the PSP was widened to 4m and built slightly west of where it currently sits, to the edge of the road reserve and the neighbouring properties. Some of the PSP access points have changed, with some upgraded and others closed permanently.

The PSP between Russell Road and Cockburn Gateway was opened in November 2019.
Works will recommence in 2020 to finalise the PSP upgrade from Cockburn Train Station to Farrington Road. Main Roads WA are aiming to finalise the upgrades with further reopenings due in April 2020.
The Armadale to North Lake Road Bridge Project has now commenced. The existing PSP detour between Beeliar Drive and Kentucky Ct will remain in place to separate PSP users from construction activity during the building of the North Lake Road Bridge. Once the Bridge construction is complete, this section of PSP will be upgraded and reopened to the public. More details of the timeline of this detour will be released as they come available
