The 2018 Tour of Jarrahdale returns on the 7th Jan 2018 and in a sombre way – as a full circle to celebrate the life of Cyclist Gena Hart whom we specifically fund raised for in 2016.
Gena who was stricken with aggressive breast cancer lost her battle in September 2017 and we are commemorating our 2018 Tour in her memory. In 2016 we helped the Hart Family raise funds for their children in their time when both Gena and he husband Saul were in clinical rehabilitation and for 2018 part proceeds of this event will be specifically to assist Saul in the education of his three children in memory of Gena
We are hoping that this will be a bi-partisan event with all cyclists coming out immediately after the excesses of Christmas and New Year to do it in Memory of Gena Hart…..
For 2018 we will offer this event as a 65 km Medio distance and a Piccolo of 40 km
Routes for the two distances appended here:
Medio 65 km: https://ridewithgps.com/
Piccolo 40 km: https://ridewithgps.com/

For 2018 this event will also commence and end at Jarrahdale at the Jarrahdale General Store which we will add patronage to – in support of the local community.
