Bold Park Management Plan 2022-2027 Consultation
Closes 23 July 2021
The Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority (BGPA) is seeking your views to help inform a new Bold Park Management Plan for 2022-2027.
Bold Park is an A-class reserve of coastal bushland set aside for its outstanding conservation, landscape and recreation values. Covering 437 hectares, it is one of the largest bushland remnants in the metropolitan area of the Swan Coastal Plain.
Bold Park belongs to the people of Western Australia, so your views about how the park is managed are important. You are invited to provide input on issues, priorities and opportunities you would like to see addressed in the management plan by:
- Making a written submission via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and/or
- Completing the online Bold Park Community Survey.
- If you have feedback regarding specific areas of the park, you can drop a pin on the map tool.
We encourage you to share the survey via your colleagues and/or networks. The deadline for completing the survey or making a written submission is 5pm Friday 23 July 2021.
The current Bold Park Management Plan is available via the BGPA website https://www.dbca.wa.gov.au/publications/bold-park-management-plan-2016-21
The draft Bold Park Management Plan 2022–2027 will be available for public comment in late 2021. The final plan is anticipated to be released in early 2022.
