BENDIGO HOSTS RISING STARS FOR JUNIOR ROAD NATIONALS

Bendigo will host the 2016 Cycling Australia Junior Road National Championships, Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th September.

Nearly 250 of Australia’s rising stars from across the country will vie for national titles across the under 15 and 17 categories in the time trial, road race and criterium disciplines.

The Championships has been a breeding ground for Australian cycling champions, with current Australian and world cycling stars including Rohan Dennis, Luke Durbridge, Caleb Ewan, Melissa Hoskins and Amy Cure all honing their skills at the event.

A special mention to the City of Greater Bendigo for their continued support of cycling in hosting the event, Beechworth Bakery and the State Government of Victoria.

  • ROAD RACE Saturday 3 September, Bendigo (from 8:30am Start)
  • CRITERIUM Sunday 4 September, Bendigo (from 8:45am Start)
